  • We ask for a minimum of 24 hours for large catering orders.

    For Catering Delivery / Set up / Breakdown or Full Service please call us or get in touch with our Catering Team

  • For larger catering orders we ask for 25% down. The remainder is due day of the event.

  • You can download our Catering Menu which has everything you need to create your menu.

    We like to make sure on average guests have 1/3 lb meat. If you use this formula:

    Amount of guests divided by 2.6 = Total amount of meat needed.

    Example 50 Guests / 2.6 = 19lbs total. 0.38lbs per person.

    You could get 10lbs Pulled Pork & 9lbs Brisket.

  • When you hire a caterer, you are not only getting food, but service as well.

    Fees rolled into this include kitchen staff, wait staff, set-up, paper and plastic costs, vehicle costs and more.

  • The service fees are not gratuity.

    The service fees cover the cost of everything we need to do to prepare for your event.

    Tipping is optional, however, if you feel you have been provided with exceptional service, feel free to tip the staff. Thank you

  • The final guest count is due one week before the catering event. We will assist you in that process and make sure you are all set.
